Terms of Service

These terms apply to car dealers ("you") who use GenieReply, a service operated by Geniereply ("we"). By using GenieReply you agree to them.

1. The service

GenieReply replies automatically to customers who message your WhatsApp Business number, and gives your team a backend to manage stock, leads, conversations and appointments. Automatic replies are based on the stock, business details and settings you provide.

2. Your responsibilities

• Keep your stock, prices, business details and loan settings accurate. Replies are only as accurate as this information.
• Use WhatsApp in line with WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies, including only messaging customers who contacted you or agreed to hear from you.
• Comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 for the customer data you collect, and handle customers' requests about their data.
• Keep staff sign-ins secure and remove access for staff who leave.

3. Estimates and advice

Loan instalments shown by GenieReply are estimates only. Final prices, loan approval and rates are decided by you and the bank. GenieReply does not give financial advice.

4. Availability

We work to keep GenieReply available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. WhatsApp delivery also depends on Meta's platform.

5. Fees

Subscription fees are as agreed in your plan or quotation. WhatsApp message charges from Meta are billed to your own WhatsApp Business account unless agreed otherwise.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend accounts that are unpaid, misused, or that put customers or the platform at risk. You can stop using GenieReply at any time; see our data deletion section for how your data is removed.

7. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost sales or profits, or for losses caused by inaccurate information you provide or by third-party platforms such as WhatsApp.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
